‘Are You Dancing’? In New Vicious Fun Clip

Next month Shudder will premiere the riotously bonkers Vicious Fun. Cody Calahan‘s buoyant and slick entry into the Canuxploitation canon. A riotously exhilarating neon-soaked ride of nostalgia, self-aware laughs and gory thrills which follows a horror film critic. Who finds himself trapped in the middle of a self help group of serial Killers!

Our Horror editor Bradley Hadcroft got a chance to see the film at it’s UK premiere earlier this yea at the Glasgow Film Festival. Released as part of Arrow Video Frightfest Bradley described the film as “The definition of a crowd-pleasing horror flick, Vicious Fun does not betray the sly semantics of its title.”

Joel, a caustic 1980’s film critic for a national horror magazine, finds himself unwittingly trapped in a self-help group for serial killers. With no other choice, Joel attempts to blend in with his homicidal surroundings or risk becoming the next victim.

Vicious Fun premieres on Shudder from 29th June.
