Batman: The Long Halloween Getting A Deluxe Edition Release

No tricks, just treats for Dark Knight fans as Batman: The Long Halloween is getting it’s own Deluxe Edition.
Warner Bros Home Video are bringing the complete mystery with added mature content. The feature-length animated film will be available to purchase on Blu-ray , as well as on Digital , available from September .

Produced by Warner Bros. Animation, DC and Warner Bros. Home Entertainment, and inspired by the iconic mid-1990s DC story from Jeph Loeb and the late Tim Sale, Batman: The Long Halloween – Deluxe Edition begins as atrocious serial killings on holidays in Gotham City send The World’s Greatest Detective into action – confronting both organised crime and a unified front of classic DC Super-Villains – while attempting to stop the mysterious murderer. Batman: The Long Halloween was originally released as a two-part film, and both films still stand at 100% fresh on Rotten Tomatoes.
Jensen Ackles leads a star-studded cast as the voice of Batman/Bruce Wayne. Alongside the late Naya Rivera as Catwoman/Selina Kyle, Josh Duhamel as Harvey Dent/Two-Face. Billy Burke as Commissioner James Gordon, Katee Sackhoff as Poison Ivy, Titus Welliver as Carmine Falcone. Julie Nathanson as Gilda Dent, David Dastmalchian as Calendar Man & The Penguin, Troy Baker as The Joker. Amy Landecker as Barbara Gordon & Carla Vitti, Jack Quaid as Alberto, Fred Tatasciore as Solomon Grundy. Alyssa Diaz as Renee Montoya, and Alastair Duncan as Alfred.
In addition, Robin Atkin Downes voices both Scarecrow & Thomas Wayne, John DiMaggio is the Mad Hatter. Laila Berzins is Sofia Falcone, Jim Pirri is Sal Maroni, and Zach Callison is Young Bruce Wayne. Additional voice work was provided by Gary LeRoi Gray, Rick Wasserman, s Callier and Greg Chun.
Chris Palmer (Superman: Man of Tomorrow) directs this one.
