The new promo might only be 34 seconds long, we do learn a lot from it. The tone of the film which suggests will be a lot more crazier than his previous films. Comedic, even a little Steampunk all thanks to the era it’s set in, maybe even Gilliam-esque it’s certainly strange.

The film is based around the 1992 of the same name from Alasdair Gray. Our leading actress is Bella Baxter who doesn’t understand why she is not dead. She is brought back to life thanks to the brilliant scientist Dr.Godwin Baxter (Dafoe). As she starts to enjoy her second chance at life, Bella starts to ignore orders from the doctor to experience more in what life has to offer. That escape comes from lawyer Duncan Wedderburn (Ruffalo), pushing her for more equality.
