Skarsgård And Peña Don’t Give A Sh*t In New War On Everyone UK Trailer

Plenty of buddy cop have come and gone many good ones, plenty bad ones too but what if we had a buddy cop movie which the bad cop is still a bad cop? Step forward John Michael McDonagh‘s War On Everyone we have Alexander Skarsgård And Michael Peña are bad cop, worse cop. In the film’s latest UK trailer they don’t give a sh*t as hell breaks loose on the lowest of the lowest in the criminal world…
We loved McDonagh’s politically in-correct sleeper hit Calvary, War On Everyone is a different ball game. Going by the early film festival reviews this metaphorically does what it says on the tin. Dry witted, innate cynicism, jet black humour that will be so over the top it would be hard not to laugh at it. Those early reviews have been very positive with many of them commenting on the unlikely pairing of Skarsgård And Peña.
This trailer does a great job selling that absurd premise that will balance humour with some subject matters that some may find blasphemous or offensive. Film is not just for informing, exposing or showing subject matters, its there to test those beliefs, tickle your funny bone but most of all entertain. This movie will certainly test you!
In Albuquerque, New Mexico, Terry Monroe (Skarsgård) and Bob Bolaño (Peña) are two corrupt cops who set out to blackmail and frame every criminal unfortunate enough to cross their path. Things take a sinister turn, however, when they try to intimidate someone who is more dangerous than they are. Or is he?
War On Everyone will be released in UK&Ireland now on 7th October (USA still has no release date confirmed). The film co-stars Tessa Thompson, Theo James, Stephanie Sigman, Caleb Landry Jones, Malcolm Barrett, and Paul Reiser.
