Stranger Things
We’re only weeks away from Season 3 of Stranger Things and Netflix have dropped the Final Trailer. It’s Summer of 1985 in Hawkins, Indiana, Schools Out. The gangs are chilling around the pool or hanging out at the new mall, however old enemies and new ones threaten to spoil the ‘Summer Lovin’!
It’s been a long two years for fans for the pop culture inspired sci-fi horror show. The sight of the last promo means only one thing, it’s almost time. The 1980’s cultural references are there as are a few 1990’s ones too. The old foe the Mind Flayer is returning and it’s even more pissed off. Those gates were not closed properly or Did Eleven close it before the demogorgon was through?
The New Mall seems to be the centre of attraction for the Hawkins crew, just like any other teen. This trailer pushes kids enjoying the Summer holidays. The other pushing the horror influence with David Cronenberg flicks and The Thing inspiring the Duffer Brothers.
