There’s to to this house than Rebecca Hall thinks, in the UK (international) Trailer for The Night House the truth will surface!

After premiering at 2020 Sundance Film Festival, David Bruckner (The Signal, The Ritual) hunted horror is now one step closer to release. Last month we showcased the U.S version of the trailer and we’re intrigued . A reminder also that sometimes no matter how much hurt and grief stricken you maybe, some secrets might be best hidden.

The film stars Hall as Beth a woman still grieving from the death of her husband. Left with many memories of him as well as a strange note which leads her to unravel if he hid any dark disturbing secrets.

When it comes to horrors we do love witnessing people descend into darkness. We’ve called this one a hunted house chiller (a house built by Beth’s deceased hubby), there’s hints duality. However footprints, strange little things happening Beth feels she’s not alone or simply loosing her marbles?

Reeling from the unexpected death of her husband, Beth (Rebecca Hall) is left alone in the lakeside home he built for her. She tries as best she can to keep it together – but then nightmares come. Disturbing visions of a presence in the house calling to her, beckoning her with a ghostly allure. Against the advice of her friends, she begins digging into her husband’s belongings, yearning for answers. What she finds are secrets both strange and disturbing – a mystery she’s determined to unravel.

The film also stars Sarah Goldberg, Vondie Curtis Hall, Evan Jonigkeit, and Stacy Martin.

The Night House  still doesn’t have a UK or Irish release date, for now it’s ‘Coming Soon‘.
