There Is No Truth Without Lies In New The Staircase Trailer

Colin Firth might be trying to convince the Nazis in World War drama Operation Mincemeat, in The Staircase can he convince us his wife’s death was accidental?
Ahead of the eight part limited series launch next month, SKY have released a new full Trailer, there is no truth without lies!
Based on a true crime story, The Staircase further explores the life of Michael Peterson (played by Firth), his sprawling North Carolina family, and the suspicious death of his wife, Kathleen Peterson ( Toni Collette).
The new promo once again shows the family reunion dinner, despite the happiness you can feel the tension between the parents. The family itself comes under the radar as well Michael and Kathleen’s relationship may look great face value, deep down it had problems. True Crime aficionados this may be your next fix and shockingly it’s not on Netflix!
